Subscription Terms

These Subscription Terms apply to recurring meal-plan subscriptions offered by 1000759779 Ontario Inc., operating as FitBox (低卡工厂) ("FitBox", "we", "us"). They form part of, and should be read with, our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Delivery Policy. By starting a subscription, you agree to these Subscription Terms.

1. Subscription plans

FitBox offers meal-plan subscriptions billed on a weekly or monthly basis, depending on the plan you choose. Plan details, the number of meals, and the price are shown on the Service before you subscribe. All prices are in Canadian dollars and exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated, and any delivery fee is shown at checkout before you confirm.

2. Automatic renewal and your consent

Your subscription is a recurring, automatically renewing plan. This means that at the end of each billing cycle, your subscription renews automatically for the next cycle and your payment method is charged, until you cancel. When you subscribe, you expressly consent to these recurring charges. We clearly disclose the recurring nature, the amount, and the billing frequency before you confirm your subscription.

3. Billing and the charge

You authorize us, through our payment processor, to charge your payment method for each cycle, including applicable taxes and any delivery fee. Charges are made at the end of each billing cycle for the upcoming cycle of meals, on a recurring basis according to your plan (weekly or monthly).

4. Advance renewal notice

Before each renewal charge, we send you an email reminder at least 48 hours in advance that states the amount you will be charged and the date of the charge. This gives you time to skip, change, or cancel before the charge is made, in line with the cancellation and skip cut-offs below.

5. Price and price changes

Checkout price hold

When you are completing an order at checkout, the price shown is held for 30 minutes. If you do not complete the order within that time, pricing may need to be refreshed before you can complete checkout.

Changes to subscription pricing

We may change subscription prices from time to time. If a price change will affect your subscription, we will notify you in advance by email before the new price takes effect, so that you can choose to continue, change, or cancel your subscription. If you do not cancel before the change takes effect, the new price applies to your next renewal.

6. Skipping a delivery

You can skip an upcoming delivery, with no charge for that delivery, provided you request the skip and receive our confirmation of the skip by 9:00 p.m. (local time) the night before your scheduled delivery day. There is no limit on the number of deliveries you can skip.

After the 9:00 p.m. cut-off, the order for the next delivery is locked, prepared, and will be delivered and charged as normal — skips requested after the cut-off cannot be applied to that order and will take effect from the following eligible delivery.

7. Pausing a subscription

You can pause your subscription and restart it later by contacting our customer support team by email at info@fitboxmeal.ca. While paused, you will not be billed and will not receive deliveries. There is no cap on how long you can stay paused; your subscription remains paused until you ask us to restart it. A pause takes effect once we have processed your request; any order already locked for an upcoming delivery will still be prepared, delivered, and charged.

8. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time, easily and without contacting us by phone. Every email we send you includes a "Manage Subscription" link that lets you manage and cancel your subscription online. You can also cancel from your account on the Service.

When you cancel, your subscription will not renew for the next cycle. Any order that is already locked for an upcoming delivery (i.e., past the 9:00 p.m. cut-off the night before delivery) will still be prepared, delivered, and charged. Cancellation stops all future renewals after any already-locked order. We will send you a confirmation when your cancellation is processed.

9. Failed or declined payments

If a renewal payment is declined or fails, we will not prepare or deliver the affected order — no payment, no delivery. Our kitchen never waits on a pending payment: the order cut-off (the night before delivery) always takes priority, so an unpaid order will not ship.

Where a renewal payment fails, we will automatically attempt to process the charge one further time, one day after the first failed attempt, timed to resolve before the applicable delivery cut-off. While the retry is pending, the affected order is held and will not ship, and we will send a single notification so that you may update your payment method. Where the retry also fails, the subscription will be cancelled. You may re-subscribe at any time once a valid payment method has been provided.

10. Refunds

Because our meals are fresh and made to order, orders that are already locked, prepared, or delivered are generally non-refundable. Where an issue is attributable to us — for example, a missed delivery, a quality defect, or an incorrect item — you may contact us and we will provide an appropriate remedy, typically an account credit. See our Refund Policy for full details. Nothing in this section limits any refund or remedy rights that cannot be excluded under Ontario consumer-protection law.

11. Changes to these Subscription Terms

We may update these Subscription Terms from time to time. For material changes affecting your subscription or pricing, we will notify you in advance by email before they take effect, so you can continue or cancel. Continued use after the change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing law

These Subscription Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, and the dispute provisions of our Terms of Service apply. Any questions regarding these Subscription Terms may be directed to info@fitboxmeal.ca.
